Lisa Loland, CEO

Hi! My name is Lisa Loland, and I am the current CEO here at All Embracing Home Care. In my 7+ years of office management experience and my passion has only grown deeper, with meeting all the amazing people we get to serve every day. I get to learn so much every day from all our clients!

I currently live in Grand Forks, with my husband Josh and my dog Garth. I love to read, listen to all kinds of music, and spend time with my family. I was raised not very far away from here and I love this area.

I am a current member of the Chamber of Commerce GF/EGF, Forks Finest Networking Group, UpNext Networking Group, NOSHA and various other community organizations.

Amanda Hjelle, Director of Services – Fargo Branch

Hello, my name is Amanda Hjelle, Director of Services, All Embracing Home Care for the Fargo branch. I started with All Embracing Home Care in the fall of 2020 as a Care Manager.

I was born and raised in Grand Forks. I moved to Fargo in 2009 to pursue my career in healthcare. I have worked in several different areas and settings of healthcare over the last 21 years.

My husband and I met in Fargo and married in 2015. We have a beautiful daughter who is two, along with our gentle giant pup and two large cats. We enjoy spending time with friends and family at the lake and golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter months.

I am so glad to be part of All Embracing Home Care and can’t wait to see what Fargo brings to our team, clients, and region.

Kaylee Richter, Director of Services – Bismarck Branch

Hi, I’m Kaylee Richter, the new Director of Services for All Embracing Home Care Bismarck location with a passion for helping others and serving my community. For the last 4 years I have been working with Sanford within a few different specialties; most recently the Neurosurgery department. Prior to my time at Sanford, I spent my time working at Edgewood with those in the Aging community. When I am not working with individuals in the community, I spend my time with my family. We enjoy things like going to church, spending our time outside, and watching movies. As our new office opens and expands here in the Bismarck area, we are hoping to provide the best care for as many individuals as possible. We are excited to meet you and eager to help in any way that we can.

Linn Reed-Tucker, Program Administrator – Arizona Branch

Hello! My name is Linn Reed-Tucker. I am the Program Administrator for the All Embracing Home Care Arizona branch. I am a Minnesota native. I started working with All Embracing Home Care at the Grand Forks branch as a care manager, before being promoted to Program Coordinator. I was in that role for two years, before moving to Arizona. I took a hiatus to explore other employment opportunities in Arizona, before reconnecting with All Embracing Home Care and opening in Arizona. I have worked with individuals with disabilities and other populations for fifteen years in a variety of settings. Supporting others in their homes to maintain their independence and ensuring safety, while providing quality care is my passion.

I live in Phoenix, Arizona with my fiancé and our fur babies. I enjoy reading, hiking, camping, and spending time with family/friends in my free time.

I look forward to sharing our philosophy of how home care should be and lovin’ on your loved ones!

Lachen Stadstad, Director of HCBS

Hello, My name is Lachen Stadstad and I am new here at All Embracing Home Care. I am so excited to start this new adventure with this amazing company. I grew up in western North Dakota, in the wonderful town of Dickinson. I moved to Grand Forks for school in 2010, where I met my Husband, Jared. We have been married for six years and have two children. We enjoy spending time with our family, at the lake in the summer and skiing in the winter. We Built a new home for our little family and making it our own. As a mom of 2, Jase (7) and Jett (3), and with a background in Occupational therapy, I care so much for others and I know what it means to remain and succeed at home with quality care. All Embracing Home Care embodies that and I can’t wait to see what more things I can offer to this community!

As Program Coordinator at All Embracing Home Care, I bring over 22 years of experience in healthcare, long-term care, aging services, and developmental disabilities support, along with a genuine passion for helping others. With a background in Healthcare Business Administration, I am dedicated to ensuring every individual receives the respect, compassion, and quality care they deserve.

I was born and raised in Grand Forks, and I’m proud to serve the community I call home. I find joy in making a difference each day—whether I’m supporting clients, guiding families, or collaborating with our incredible team at All Embracing Home Care. Outside of work, I treasure time with my beautiful family and embrace opportunities for growth, learning, and new experiences in the ever-evolving world of care and support services.

LaRae Guzman, Human Resources Generalist

Hello, my name is LaRae Guzman, Human Resource Generalist at All Embracing Home Care. I started with All Embracing Home Care in January 2022. I was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. I graduated with my degree from Alexandria Technical College in 2014 and currently continue to further my education. I am also a member of the Chamber of Commerce Grand Forks/East Grand Forks, Grand Forks Human Resource Association, and other various community groups.

I have 2 children, Brody and Kylee. I have worked in the Human Resource field for 10 plus years and enjoy it. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on outdoor adventures and when the weather isn’t cooperative in ND, I enjoy spending my free time reading books.

I enjoy working at AEHC and love hiring the big hearted members of the Grand Forks Community. It is rewarding to be able to give our clients reliable Care Managers to assist with their daily needs. Caregiving truly is a labor of love!

Porter Behm, Accounting Intern

I am a freshman at the University of North Dakota majoring in Accounting with a minor in Finance. I am currently completing an accounting internship with All Embracing Home Care, where I am gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and business operations. I am passionate about building a strong foundation in accounting and developing practical skills that will support my future career in finance. In my free time, I enjoy working out, spending time with friends, and going to the lake.

Damon Bush, Director of Operations

Hi, I’m Damon Bush, originally from Mississippi, I relocated to Grand Forks six years ago in support of my service in the United States Air Force. I am married with one daughter and currently serve as the Director of Operations at All Embracing Home Care and the Treasury on the Board for All Embracing Home Care Foundation, where I focus on excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, I value time at home with my family, connecting with friends over good food, and traveling whenever possible, always striving for growth and greatness each day.

Deanna "Dee" Decimus Holmes, Founder/Owner

Deanna “Dee” Decimus Holmes understands the yearning we all have to be treated with respect and to live independently in our home setting. As the owner of All Embracing Home Care, Dee also appreciates the trust individuals and families must place in home care providers and is dedicated to ensuring their peace of mind. She brings 12-plus years of experience in home care support to the Red River Valley.

Dee was also recognized in issue 9 of ‘It’s Her Brand Magazine’.
