Meet the Team
Kari Situm, Director of Aging Services
Hello, my name is Kari Situm, Aging Services Coordinator at All Embracing Home Care. I started at AEHC in November, 2019. I was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. I graduated in 2016 from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program from Northland Community and Technical College in East Grand Forks with an Associate’s Degree.
My husband Dario and I have been married for 13 years. We have 2 children, Madison (17) and Lukas (13). I have always worked in a field where I was working with the elderly population. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends at our lake place in Devils Lake; we enjoy fishing, boat rides, and relaxing in the sun. My ultimate goal is to help elders age in place within their home environment. There is no better place than home. My elders will always be near and dear to my heart!

I currently live in Grand Forks, with my husband Josh and my dog Garth. I love to read, listen to all kinds of music, and spend time with my family. I was raised not very far away from here and I love this area.
I am a current member of the Grand Forks Inter Agency Forum Board; it is my first year on the board and it has been a great learning experience so far.

Linnea Tucker, Program Coordinator
Hi! I’m Linnea Tucker, I am the Assistant Program Coordinator with All Embracing Home Care. I started with the company in November 2021. I am looking forward to going back to school to receive my bachelor’s degree in human services.
In the past, I have worked as a facility CNA for the state of Minnesota before switching career paths to home health care with the Aging and Developmental Disabilities communities. I became a Care Coordinator and Scheduler at a home health company in St. Paul, Minnesota before moving to Oregon. I then became a DSP and got promoted to Program Coordinator in a group home setting. Shortly after, I was promoted to Float Program Coordinator overseeing four group homes before moving back to the Midwest with my fiancé.
We chose Grand Forks to be closer to our families and shortly after, I joined the All Embracing Home Care Team. Helping others achieve their goals within their homes and communities is my passion. I can’t see myself in another field, working with supported individuals is my pride and joy! Thank you for allowing me to be of service and love on your loved ones!
Tina Neil, Director of Education /Marketing
Hello, my name is Tina Neil and I am the Director of Education & Marketing for All Embracing Home Care. I lead staff trainings to give our care managers the tools they need to provide exceptional care for the people we support. I encourage our team to grow and build deeper relationships with their skills and recognize their strengths. My other roll is Marketing. Which goes hand in hand with Education. Educating staff, clients and the community about the best home health care in the area is very rewarding. I enjoy helping others by marketing the resources people need to live their best life.
I am a single mom of 2 beautiful girls, two grown stepchildren and one fur baby. I enjoy family time and attending their school and sporting events. We reside in East Grand Forks and enjoy our small town life. As a lifelong resident to the area, I am involved in the community in several ways. We attend Sacred Heart Catholic Church. I am a member of the Sertoma Club in Grand Forks. Foster care is a passion of mine. I am a licensed foster care worker for Polk County and have been for over 13 years. I am also an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce GF/EGF and enjoy learning new things about our two cities. As the oldest sibling in my family, I am a caregiver at heart and feel so blessed to be able to use my experiences to help those that need a little support.
Everyone needs a little support occasionally and at different times in his or her life. I am proud to be part of an organization that can give people their independence back and live as independently as possible. All Embracing Home Care is making a difference in people’s lives. A true labor of love.
