All Embracing Home Care helps persons of all ages live as independently as possible, without compromising their health and safety. All Embracing Home Care is honored and privileged to serve those who serve because we care for those that protected us overseas and at home. For many veterans, living at home for as long as possible is a priority. But the natural aging process can make that difficult over time. At All Embracing Home Care, we provide in-home care services that can help prolong independent living. Our interactive caregiving approach transforms day-to-day caregiving into opportunities for meaningful interactions. This includes conversations and activities that engage and enrich the physical, mental, social, and emotional lives of seniors. From helping with meals and mobility to personal care and errands, our in-home Care Managers lend a helping hand.
Is Home Care Right for You?
If you are unsure of whether or not you or a loved one would benefit from in-home assistance, we advise simply making a list of activities which you or they need help with on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Determine if help is required on a short-term basis or for life. Now establish if family and friends are able to effectively cover these needs, keeping in mind that the safety and well-being of the person needing care are of the utmost importance. Simply documenting this information will go a long way in deciding if homecare is warranted. Meeting Dee was a Godsend. She came into our lives when we needed someone the most. Dee and her staff (Kari) do not do a *job*, they provide love, friendship, security, trust, companionship. They take care of my Dad since I live 1000 miles away. My Dads whole life has changed because of them. He considers them his daughters. They have went WAY above and beyond for my Dad. They have sat by his side in the hospital, they are in constant contact with me throughout the week. They love my Dad. He is not just a client, we all are family. It is extremely difficult to be so far away, and the amount of stress is horrible. I now can sleep knowing my Dad has all his needs met and he is safe. I do not have enough words to say what a blessing these ladies are. I trust them completely with my Dads life. If you need someone to love your loved one, respect your loved one, and care for your loved one… THIS is the company you need.

Dee, I would like to congratulate you on your innovative way of providing care services. One of the many ways that make you unique is that not only do you interview new clients, you train your carefully selected caregivers to supply what is needed or wanted by the client. (I shows you care) I have been receiving caretaking for close to 20 years due to my infirmities and have never been treated as well as I have been with your company. Another thing that you do is check back to see if everything is going well. I would gladly refer your services to anyone needing care. I have been with All Embracing Home Care for 7 years. I am their oldest client. I’ve had really good experiences with all the caregivers. They take to the grocery store and to doctors appointments. I have been with All Embracing Home Care for 3 or 4 years. The caregivers help me with keeping my apartment clean and going grocery shopping. I have had good experiences with most of the caregivers so far. One good memory I have with AEHC is going out to lunch with Dee for my birthday. I also appreciate them sending cards in the mail.

I have been with All Embracing Home Care for a few years. I enjoy having the caregivers come and help clean. I also just look forward to having someone come over and they have done a really good job. The caregivers have also been flexible if I need them to focus on cleaning a specific spot in the house if I have company. Lachen has come most of the time and has been great, but everyone else who has come has been easy to get along with as well.

I have been with All Embracing Home Care since they began several years ago. What stood out to me was Dee’s genuine attentiveness. “She seemed to listen to the client and adapt to necessary situations.” Care managers help me with personal cares, housekeeping, and shopping. “Having the services keeps me happy, keeps me clean, and there is no way I would survive without them.” I have a very good relationship with Julie in particular; she is comfortable to be around and she is like family to me.

I have been with All Embracing Home Care since they opened in Fargo. I was one of the first clients they had. “Hanson is the best, he works with you and doesn’t leave you hanging”. The staff works with you and that is the most important thing they can do as caregivers. They are good people. Amanda is good to work with too. They even visited me in the hospital and helped me when I needed extra care after a stroke.

Lisa Loland, CEO
Hi! My name is Lisa Loland, and I am the current CEO here at All Embracing Home Care. In my 7+ years of office management experience and my passion has only grown deeper, with meeting all the amazing people we get to serve every day. I get to learn so much every day from all our clients!
I currently live in Grand Forks, with my husband Josh and my dog Garth. I love to read, listen to all kinds of music, and spend time with my family. I was raised not very far away from here and I love this area.
I am a current member of the Chamber of Commerce GF/EGF, Forks Finest Networking Group, UpNext Networking Group, NOSHA and various other community organizations.
Amanda Hjelle, Director of Services – Fargo Branch
Hello, my name is Amanda Hjelle, Director of Services, All Embracing Home Care for the Fargo branch. I started with All Embracing Home Care in the fall of 2020 as a Care Manager.
I was born and raised in Grand Forks. I moved to Fargo in 2009 to pursue my career in healthcare. I have worked in several different areas and settings of healthcare over the last 21 years.
My husband and I met in Fargo and married in 2015. We have a beautiful daughter who is two, along with our gentle giant pup and two large cats. We enjoy spending time with friends and family at the lake and golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter months.
I am so glad to be part of All Embracing Home Care and can’t wait to see what Fargo brings to our team, clients, and region.

Lachen Stadstad, Director of HCBS
Hello, My name is Lachen Stadstad and I am new here at All Embracing Home Care. I am so excited to start this new adventure with this amazing company. I grew up in western North Dakota, in the wonderful town of Dickinson. I moved to Grand Forks for school in 2010, where I met my Husband, Jared. We have been married for six years and have two children. We enjoy spending time with our family, at the lake in the summer and skiing in the winter. We Built a new home for our little family and making it our own. As a mom of 2, Jase (7) and Jett (3), and with a background in Occupational therapy, I care so much for others and I know what it means to remain and succeed at home with quality care. All Embracing Home Care embodies that and I can’t wait to see what more things I can offer to this community!

LaRae Guzman, Human Resources Generalist
Hello, my name is LaRae Guzman, Human Resource Generalist at All Embracing Home Care. I started with All Embracing Home Care in January 2022. I was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. I graduated with my degree from Alexandria Technical College in 2014 and currently continue to further my education. I am also a member of the Chamber of Commerce Grand Forks/East Grand Forks, Grand Forks Human Resource Association, and other various community groups.
I have 2 children, Brody and Kylee. I have worked in the Human Resource field for 10 plus years and enjoy it. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on outdoor adventures and when the weather isn’t cooperative in ND, I enjoy spending my free time reading books.
I enjoy working at AEHC and love hiring the big hearted members of the Grand Forks Community. It is rewarding to be able to give our clients reliable Care Managers to assist with their daily needs. Caregiving truly is a labor of love!

I am currently completing an accounting internship with All Embracing Home Care, where I am gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and business operations. I am passionate about building a strong foundation in accounting and developing practical skills that will support my future career in finance. In my free time, I enjoy working out, spending time with friends, and going to the lake.
Damon Bush, Director of Operations
Hi, I’m Damon Bush, originally from Mississippi, I relocated to Grand Forks six years ago in support of my service in the United States Air Force. I am married with one daughter and currently serve as the Director of Operations at All Embracing Home Care and the Treasury on the Board for All Embracing Home Care Foundation, where I focus on excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, I value time at home with my family, connecting with friends over good food, and traveling whenever possible, always striving for growth and greatness each day.
Deanna "Dee" Decimus Holmes, Founder/Owner
Deanna “Dee” Decimus Holmes understands the yearning we all have to be treated with respect and to live independently in our home setting. As the owner of All Embracing Home Care, Dee also appreciates the trust individuals and families must place in home care providers and is dedicated to ensuring their peace of mind. She brings 12-plus years of experience in home care support to the Red River Valley.
Dee was also recognized in issue 9 of ‘It’s Her Brand Magazine’.
